Biomass Power Plant

ASDEA was tasked with the structural design of the steel structures supporting the flue gas treatment systems of a 25 MW biomass-fired thermoelectric power plant (reaction tower, bag filter, plate heat exchanger, reactor, dust storage silos, ammonia storage silo).

The structural design followed the most recent national and European regulations (NTC08, EC3 and EC8), making optimal use of the dissipative capacity of the structures to significantly reduce weight and optimize construction costs.
